SOUTHERN RED VELVET CAKE: drool

I was recently watching a special on Cake Man Raven and his famous Red Velvet Cake in Brookly NY.  I must make this cake, electric red and tender with cream cheese frosting; it is my destiny.  You are all invited over for a piece.
