Orecchiette with spicy fennel pork sausage and broccoli rabe



So we had a bit of leftover homemade spicy pork sausage.  Threw it together with orecchiette (means little ear in Italian) pasta, broccoli rabe, sauteed red onions, garlic, chili flakes, and leftover pork fat. Topped with pecorino romano cheese. Mmmm.
